Rise Against have 10* titans and blue tanks for war. The strategy is just as you described: defeat the weakest 6-8 teams, again when they respawn then a reset at 12hrs on the war clock (usually a 2nd reset as long as there’s enough flags).
We are an active group of 23 members (I am keen to increase this number) and the alliance chat is clean.
Line is handy to contact people about war flags and to benefit from the info on Wise Goat. Best of luck with your choice!

You can check our 4 girls and a pug if interested, currently at 29/30 but one of the characters is the leaders alt so can make it work. Leader and his wife play there together.
Wars are green tanks, waves on weekends and more open during mid week war due to multiple timezones to keep it RL friendly. titans between 11-12*

2. ALLIANCE WARS
War is optional! If you participate, use ALL FLAGS, attack in Teams for a fast Cleanup, one attack per team (no rage attacks). War Instructions will be posted in alliance msg. Good Communication is the Key to Win and minimize waste of flags, use LINE, Discord and the InGame Chat!

Edit: I should note politics is off limits, swearing is not but I don’t really see much if any of that in chat, it is fairly clean and like you said unnecessary to have anyways.
I’m sure I’m too late, but…
We have been around for a couple of years. Our core has basically stayed from when they began. We had a merge with another alliance and it has worked fairly well(which as most know is amazing in itself). Recently lost some because of the way the game is heading/burned out.
Hit all titans at least 4 times, with a minimum of 50k because we do have some lower level players. We hit 9/10 most of the time
If in war, use all flags. We use a basic war strategy, pinned teams, hit in waves then ffa second half. Coordinated tanks.
Friendly, have fun. We call each other family and help each other out a lot. Cussing can happen, but nothing much and never politics or religion. Use Line, but not required.
Belong to a Franchise, so moving up to more competitive, or down to more relaxed is super easy and many of same people (as many alt accounts.)
Dark Underworld Blackhearts. (blkhearts- as can’t accept more letters) Tell them Fey sent you.
Thank you to those who have replied already. We are going through them all right now to check out the different alliances and will make a decision after the upcoming alliance war is over as we didn’t opt out of it due to the PoV so we can get our hits in for it. If we have any questions about a certain alliance, we’ll reach out via Line/Discord if you left your info or will reply to you in the thread here to get more info if needed.

If you don’t find anything that is the right fit in those you review, I’d suggest taking a look at Loot Hunters. I am a former member and they are a very solid alliance that hits the marks that you are looking for.
If/when I decide to return to organized wars and such, I will head back there for sure!
@SigniDCaben19 may I recommend having a look at Veterans of the North? They are part of the Northern Family Alliance and is our semi-casual alliance.
Majority if what you are looking for fit with what we are looking for in Veterans - especially about being family friendly, but theh do hit 12* titans and require LINE. You won’t need to be active, as long as you read the announcements when they are posted.

I remember you’re prevIous post. It’s unfortunate that it did not work out with that alliance but may be fortunate for us 
. Let me begin by telling you a little about us. We are a 50/50 US/EU alliance which works out well for wars. Currently at 23 members slaying 10* Titans and occasionally an 11*.
Per our description all members hit titans daily and we have coordinated wars where of course members use all war flags. Our wars are coordinated but not militant. Although I can’t remember the last time we did not use all flags we do understand that real life happens and ask members to opt out of the next two wars if they miss a war flag. 2 consecutive wars with an unused flag is grounds for dismissal. Our war strategy is simple. During weekend wars leaders set farming targets and they are farmed twice before we begin flipping/FFA/mass attack which usually begins at the 12-14 hr mark on the war clock. During weekday wars we farm once then begin due to the time constraints of our European counterparts. This simple strategy has garnered us an 80% success rate.
We are a chatty group with more activity on the weekends and during wars. Some of us have been playing together for over a year and we use line to communicate as well as alliance chat. Our line group has the wise goat and albums with lots of helpful information that is updated regularly. Our goal is to find either individuals or a group of like minded players that will grow with us into slaying 11*-12* Titans.
We also have a training alliance that was created to allow some of our low level or less active players to participate in low level wars and help them fill their POV war challenge quest. This alliance currently has 17 members and is slaying 6* Titans. Members can move up to Loot Hunters when they feel they are ready. Or if members need to take a little break, going on vacation or just wanna do something a little different, they can move down to Loot Hunters Boot Camp.
