Hey guys, I really suck at building teams, both defensive and offensive. I never know who to put where or with who. I have taken screen shots of my heroes. Any recommendation

Your best defense at the moment would probably be Tiburtus Kiril Li Xiu Lianna Wilbur. Long term once ascended (or maybe even now) BT instead of Wilbur
Take all of these as far as they will go. Lianna is respectable at 3/70, but other than her (as you have already invested shields in her) park up the rest of your five stars and concentrate on training your good four stars
Proteus Triton Grimm Sonya Caedmon Melendor Peters Sabina Sumitomo could also be priorities. Yellow isn’t great but taking Hu Tao to 3/60 wasn’t bad, might not be worth orbs though
Are you looking to fight wars? Titans? What are your priorities?
A mixture of all of those really. I’ve been focused on war and having at least 3 relatively strong teams rather than just 1 - hence all the partially levelled heroes with none maxed. My defense team isn’t really cutting it in War though, I feel like an easy target so I wanted to get a good war defense team up and running.
My defense team is pretty much my attacking team too, although sometimes I switch in Kashrekk or Gadeirus so I have 2 healers.
I keep looking at Sumitomo and wondering of he’s worth levelling, I hardly ever come up against him so figured maybe he sucks…
I’m currently getting Poseidon to 2-60 to use as a tank in team 2 or 3. I definitely need another solid purple, was torn between Sabina and Ameonna
