I’ve had this on my mind quite a few times and I was wondering how this makes sense. We all know heroes such as Marjana, Sartana, Vela etc. have different status ailments that can go over 200 damage which is displayed on their cards, but when cast on enemies in battle, it gives them about 70+ damage (although increasing their stats can bring up the damage up to 80+). Does anyone know the way to make this understandable? I just want to know how this is like this.
Sorry i don’t quite understand. Can you give an example of a card you had in mind and perhaps a screenshot?
For instance in the above card Sartana does 294 poison damage over time over 6 turns (49 damage per turn)…are you saying that you observed her doing different damage over time in practice?
I understand DOT is impacted by attack values including troops, which can increase DOT (higher than what is stated on the card)
Ok, I think I’m understanding now. When you mean 49 damage per turn and Sartana’s status ailment damage on the card is 294, it means that it’s adding up 49 damage over 6 turns maxing out at 294 damage overall. It just confused me on how they put damage on the card over the damage cast in battle. Thank you for the feedback!
The battle includes troops. Since many DoT values are based on the attack stat, they scale if the stats of the hero go up, which troops help to boost.
