Thanks for re-posting. Today marks my 14th Retrain and my 14th S1 hero in return. With any luck I’ll be on the other side of that 50%…hopefully.
Finally just sent my first legendary hero into training!

Yup but the luck is still rough even compared to other people only getting s1 heroes. You can see I’ve gotten the same hero back multiple times, I’m not even getting a variety of s1 heroes as I am still somehow missing Liana and Santana despite having 3 copies of everything else

I’ve gotten 3 Sartana’s and 2 Vivica’s. I’m only missing Lianna. So for me, I have a 10% chance of what I want - Lianna (5%) and non-s1 (5%). Your odds are 15% assuming you’re feeding s1 heroes. It can be better, but those are the best odds we have so far in the game. But it is slowwwwww.
Here’s my current results. Grant you I did get one non-s1. But most have not been my desire.

Thorne number 4 became Joon number 2. I can imagine leveling a dupe Joon one day, so I kept him and fed in Lianna number 4.

Note that the chance for a specific hero has gotten worse since I did that maths originally.
Because there have been another 6-7 HotM added to the available pool.

I seem to recall someone did the math with adding 1 hero/month and it was closer to 500 years.

Haven’t kept track of exactly how many retrainings, but think I have done about 16.
Got my second non Season 1 hero! First was a dupe Alberich so not too exciting, but much happier about this one!
