First blue 5* help choose

I just got Krampus from single pull, I have Glenda and I was planning to max her but I think that Krampus might be better first choice

I have scopes for both heroes but I’m not sure which one should I max first

Honestly I’d do Krampus. Glenda is solid but best in a blue stack. Once you have more blues, bring up Glenda. Krampus will up your game big time.
