Has anybody with Fenrir actually verified this 0.8 tiles from a hero kill, or is it just theoretical?

Here how I deduced what “moderate amount of mana” actually means, by using Alberich’s buff and what the game actually tells us about mana percentage.

Mana Mechanics

I’ve casted my Alby buff on my team, and then collected what game says about percentage of mana generated from Alby’s buff: For fast heroes, it says “Recover 10% of mana each turn”. For average heroes, it says “Recover 8% of mana each turn”. For slow heroes, it says “Recover 7% of mana each turn”. The skill description says “Regenerate a moderate amount of mana each turn”. This means that for fast hero, moderate amount is 10%, for average it’s 8% and for slow it’s 7%. My assumption is that …
