Defense debuff stacking - help me understand!

So here is my Holy Moly Mono lineup

image
It consists of: -54% holy defense, -34% special skill defense, -34% general defense

How the heck do these stack? Are they redundant/excessive if all applied to one target? Is there a formula that breaks this down? Is order of applying them significant? I assume jackal’s buff goes first to yield the greatest benefit. But can someone explain this as thoroughly as possible?

P.S. Mist is the best 4* in the game <3

Do Elemental Defense Debuffs and Regular Defense Debuffs Stack? Why use them together? For instance, Grimm, Tiburtus, Gormek, Buddy or Wilbur with Guardian Jackal, Falcon, Panther, Arthur, Frida, Nordri, or Evelyn. [MASTER]

If you are asking if they stack, a simple answer may be yes, if the symbols are different. In your case, they are. So no, I don’t think this is redundant.

now that Gov has taught you all that you could need to know, go and show us your purple titan attack scores! nice lineup. Maybe replace chao with wu?

Hey Corey! I definitely have love/hate relationship with Wu. He is in my Titan teams but not my raid teams. After extensive testing, the best benefit of this team and my other mono-raid-teams is that they are all Fast Mana.

In fact, this team was inspired by my Meen Green Macheen (I switch out caedmon for Tarlak for titans), which has an absurdly excellent win rate, well over 90% of raids (pre-telluria) and never look at defense lineup when choosing an opponent.

Mono-teams with average and slow heroes have significantly higher risk in raids, as most of the time its a struggle to power up even fast mana before defense has a chance to unload. I am definitely not excited about dumping emblems into Chao and putting him on my offensive line, but he yields the best win rate with this group. Joon is obviously missing from this equation (as is Lianna from my green lineup), as he has eluded me for 3 years of TC20.

It’s just too risky to assume a fight will have enough yellow tiles to trigger wu before the defense can power up most or all their specials. Once he is activated, there are typically no more yellow tiles to yield any damage from, and his special often expires before I can charge the rest of the team up again.

Having all five heros activate at the same time is essentially game over for a defense team. I highly recommend experimenting with fast-mono raid teams!

Hi dodey,
Your 3 debuff do stack together.
I think they stack like this
(1-0.34)×(1-0,54)x(1-0,34) when you shoot with a skill
(1-0,34)×(1-0,54) when you shoot with shields

Actually, there is a soft cap which break down the damage you should do with a mono + elemental debuff + debuff the general formula …
But it’s still very strong.

The order of applying is significant but i guess it depend of the situation…
If you want to fire strong with a skill, Mist first then Rabbit or Jackal
