Personally, I knew the nerf was coming, but I didn’t mind. I knew better than to LB M&M, but I LB Matilda. It hasn’t been long enough to decide, but I don’t think Matilda is hurt too bad. It does annoy me that they nerfed her for no apparent reason. She had a very niche role and really didn’t do too much too quickly. What puzzles me is that they did NOT nerf the following:
Khufu
Anne
Sobek
Jove
And they failed to adequately adjust cG. Panther, who should be a hit 3 hero.

1 less turn on the HoT and Attack buff… really? That made her trash? 168 less healing and maybe 20% less attack on the flanks for 1 turn?

A point some don’t seem to get: it’s possible to not be surprised by the nerfs and still find them disappointing.
For example, I think most people understand casinos stay in business because the house always has the edge, but most people are still disappointed losing at the casino.
SG, is it reasonable to ask for 4* AM/emblems/aethers to be reset on heroes you nerf? If it is unreasonable and totally out of the realm of possibility…it would be nice to know.
People like to exaggerate the nerfs, or make mountains of molehills. I know Clarissa keeps getting dumped on, while original Gravemaker was praised to the skies. Both were functionally the same, but because Clarissa’s DoT was slightly less than Gravemaker’s, she was considered trash while Gravemaker was still considered a highly sought after hero.
Matilda is still useable… Still very good… But what bothers me is the Nerf came out of no where. No one asked for it… No one complained of her being to overpowered… Just… Who else can we screw over?
This nerf made the only Morlovia hero I have - Victor - much weaker. His hit is to weak to make any impact so I was using him as a very fast utility hero to steal buffs (mostly from taunters). Making his steal possible to happen only half of the times makes him pretty much useless. To the point that I won’t be using at all.
This is really poor thinking from SG - nerfing the whole family due to one of two heroes being OP. It’s even more annoying that the most OP part of those heroes is not touched as much as it should.
And it’s even MORE annoying that SG doesn’t learn from the past, since this exact situation happened before with christmas family.

Now I see - didn’t notice that there is a user with such nick.
Nevertheless, even the rough damage is increased by troops and emblems, 7,5% is still 7,5%. Good for users, but probably won’t concince anyone to level that card.
It should be possible to place bets on which hero SG will nerf next (and which one they won’t buff, even though it desperately needs it.)

this reminds me of the Christmas nerf, where the whole family bonus was nerfed too… many of those badly affected were players who relied on 3* and 4* like Buddy, sigh
This AQ will reprise itself around Feb if Styx is an example. BECAUSE some OP heroes plus 3* have been held back.
When AQM rolls back in Feb or so, all musketeers should be buffed back to Beta strength, to “energise” the AQM portal, and get more money flowing in.

In fact, overpowered heros : Anne, Alucard, Jove, Ogima and Kuhfu.
And the answer is… all morlovias heros except Alucard.
