So I just started playing at Christmas. My only 4* ascended all the way is tiburtus. My other 4* include Sonya, Caedmon, Kelile, Boldtusk, Gormek, Gadeirus, Hu Tao and Danzaburo. I have no legendaries.
I have enough orbs to ascend Hu Tao or Danzaburo. Should I do either? Or wait
In my opinion Danza is worth it. I took him to final ascension because 1) He is tough with good health and defense 2) Special skill can be devastating 3) Had no one else that was better.
I don’t regret it. He WILL frustrate you because he is not predictable.
You game play style is important here, I was willing to deal with the uncertainty of his special, some people are not.
I do not care for Hu Tao but would have leveled him if he had come to me early.
Holy does not have my favorite 4* heroes. Li Xiu can be good for mana control and tough.

I STILL can’t decide if I should ascend Danza to full level.

I just ascended Danza as I only have a full lelel Layla in rogue class and have 52 emblems to spend. Think evade could be really handy.
Which buffs did you choose on the talent tree?
all went to Health and Defense
Danza is not my final pick for Rogue Emblem, its just temporary for me till i got good Yellow Tank. i will take Emblem back using Gem (5% penalty is fair enough)
I literally only have Layla, a 2* as a levelled rogue so I thought evade would be worth giving to Danza.
When a hero evades normal tile damage, do they still gain the mana?
you will get another hero for sure , just matter of time , evade only from Special and no mana gain

Glad I found this! I just got Danzaburo last night!
I LOVE Wu and his randomness, so it looks like Danzaburo will work with my play style! 
I just pulled him as well. He’s definitely going to 3/60 haha.
Randomness of Wu Kong is less annoying as that of Danzaburo. Every time you need his help he produces a snowflake and leaves you in an interesting position.
I had three Danzaburos and ended up making one of them eat the other two. Survival of the fittest I guess lol.
Missed opportunity. I would love to have a 4 Danza + Wu purple titan team, it’d be so devastating or so frustrating

I’m starting to regret that decision a bit. Rookie mistake at the time as I’m now learning how valuable a deep roster can be

The lead Danza is stuck at 4-60, Inari joined the team and took the feeders, then Delilah, now Musashi and Joon are waiting.
He keeps hopping up and down in the corner waving his hand vigorously, pleading plaintively “please, just a little bit more, please sir”!
I think we all do it, I ended up feeding 4 or 5 gravemakers to my other two…Now I’m kicking myself for doing it, but I had just started playing and really didn’t have a clue
