	Attack Up	At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% attack for 6 turns. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

Ability: Toon - 75% extra chance to resist all status ailments, mana reductions and buff dispels.

Special Skill: Toon Slash
Deals 330% damage to the target. The target gets -28% defense for 6 turns. Deals extra damage against Fire.

Classic Family

Heroes become stronger when teamed up with unique heroes of the same family.

Classic Family Heroes need to be fully ascended to receive the Family Bonus.

Bonus for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 Heroes:

• +1% / +3% / +5% / +7% attack.
• +1% / +3% / +5% / +7% defense.
• +1% / +3% / +5% / +7% healing.

Going to miss G’Kar and his scenes with Londo. Andreas Katsulas and Peter Jurasic were just so perfect at playing off of each other. Especially that elevator scene

I have noticed it on this costume’s card.

Mine too. He’s my next project after finishing Lysanor. I didn’t realize that the 'toon costumes could be so overpowered, but while Raiding today, I ran into a team that had a Team Power of 7017. I didn’t pause to research them, but I know they had at least three 'toon costumes in that team, and I think there really were four. That’s the first 7000+ defense I’ve run across, but I’m sure it won’t be the last. I just hit Reroll and kept it moving!!!

Well a lot of them are sniper types which can be managed. Toons are a great way to boost their costumed versions, but I haven’t found them difficult to beat.

I fed all my Valens away now I got him with this costume. I’m not sure what to do feed him away or level him up. Imo I need to spend too much mats on him and he needs to 2LB-ed to compete with current meta.

This is mine. Probably not going to LB 2 him. He is serviceable up to a point but will be replaced with C1 Kelile once I have levelled her up. I play him left or right wing. He is better than Ulmer for me since he is fast and Ulmer is slow and I have Toon whereas Ulmer I have no costume.
