In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

With this lack of conversation, is it safe to assume that he is meh? Is he merely meh, or is he feeder-quality meh?

Regular valen is meh because rare blue teams center around Nordri and other average hitters.

If you have his toon costume then you’ve got a much stronger hero and things change (due to the stats).

If it was another element, fast and defense down would do more.
