In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

75% extra chance to resist all status ailments, mana reductions and buff dispels.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Toon Blizzard
  • Deals 146% damage to all enemies.
  • All enemies get -24% defense for 6 turns.
  • Deals extra damage against Fire.

Just got toon Ulmer. Happy for the stat boost, as I still use Ulmer c-1 every time I stack Blue on rare challenge events
