At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +15% attack, and a further 1% increase every time they are hit during 6 turns. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

I really like her costume. I emblemed her and limit broke her to give her costume as high attack as possible. Her quick burn can be deadly. Now her card says that she deals 372 burn dmg over 2 turns, but when used in a battle with troops (+24% attack only) she can deal 462 burn dmg per 2 turns. With stronger troops she can deal much more.
It seems that with troops it is a simple math (I’m never sure whether I need to use a hidden complicated formula or not^^):
372*1,24=462
So if somebody has maxed ninja troop they can make Kelile to deal:
372*1,32=491.
next month we’ll have her 2nd costume and costume bonus will give her even more attack.
I think that you can’t have everything - high attack, high defence, high health, strong special skill, passives etc. Heroes should be designed in that way that they are good at one thing. Kelile is good at dealing damage (tile damage + DoT), but she is a glass cannon. I don’t mind that.
PS. I know that it may not apply to new heroes, but I think that all of them should be designed like this.
