My thought regarding hìm is that, he is viable for dark Titans, mana him up and his skills last for 6turns, the mana penalty last for 4turns,., 2 turns earlier.,…
And for very fast battles.

The massive crit chance buff is the thing that appeals to me. It can be used to increase damage from minions, especially MMs as I have explored with.
Imagine Legendary assassin with 15% crit, with this Jasper and the 60% crit, and also if the hero is also ranger/rogue. That MM has a 79% chance to crit. Pity that none of the MM casters now are ranger/rogue.
Imagine shimmerscale, with his legendary assassin troops and his 300% attack MM. He’ll be being able to crit 75% of the time. Mana speed will not sync up at first, but when they get going, the MM is going to slaughter stuff
