I have white rabbit lb already. Just got lucky and pulled his costume
What do i need to do to have his costume lb? I level up the costume, then do i have to lb that as well? Essetially Costumes need to be lb 2x?
Making sure i understand this?

LB the costume. major difference is the costume only requires 5 aether I to limit break as opposed to 35 + 20 aether II + 5 aether III.

Another awesome thing to know is that costumes actually level quicker than their normal version, including post LB. 
Get that costume capped and enjoy the costume bonus as well as the duality of having them available for more class emblem quests!

You will need to LB the original hero too before you can LB the costume (but you will not need to level the original hero to 4/85 before you can LB max the costume)
But as others mentioned only 5 Aether1 is required for the costume LB.
Wish I had known this, would not have fully leveled the hero I did LB!

Do I need to use 10 on him in normal dress then just one alpha aether to 2lb his costume?
Yes that’s correct, 10 for normal and 1 for each costume of a hero

With a max Team Cost of 130 ( =5 x 26 ) you can bring a whole team of Heroes of such massive power.
Team Cost concept is well and truly consigned to the history archives 
Yes, they might as well ditch the concept.
Especially as newbies can just buy all items nowadays to max who they want and purchase ham and iron crates to speed up the stronghold levels!
