Is it possible to change a barracks into a smithy ( lets call it smithy1 ) then change another smithy ( smithy2 ) into a barracks and then change smithy1 into an alchemy labor?

The question is if you convert your barracks to a farm ( farm1 ) and then lets say a smithy to a barrack ( if possible ) can I convert farm1 into an alchemy lab?
if both smithys are lvl 5+, yes

barracks gets reverted to what it was before; if farm, then farm it is
this is the real question; been too long since i did it

Thank you that confirms information I got from inside the game.
This seems to work. Have to wait a week until my next HA level is finished to personally confirm.
