Potentially neither. I voted alexandrine because I’d rather have her. But passepartout is a better healer. But I’d rather use Kiril than either.

Passepartout has a costume which gives him modern stats, so if you need to level one then I would go for him. You might just get the costume at some point.

With costume definitely Passepartout, without neither of them. Save your scopes and go for Kiril (ideally with all costumes), unless you have lots of 5* ascension Mats and absolutely no heroes…

Voted Passepartout but both are not very good in today’s meta. Though C-Passepartout is annoying because he has up-to-date stats and heals a lot. Without costume Toon Kiril is better as pointed out by @Ruskin505.

If you want us to help you decide who to level next: Passepartout is the answer - or do Kiril if you have 2 of his 3 costumes.
My favorite blue healers are C-Ariel, Nautica and Hetpheres. The latter is also great without the costume.
