Baster or Mortimer

Last time i was lucky(?). Which Of them will be better for war tank? Or both? Bastet for normal speed war and Mortimer fast mana? Is it worth giving them LB2?

I still think Bastet is a stellar hero. That said, I’d personally take Mortimer to 3-70 and see how you like his playstyle.
