Felton for sure, that buff-reflect is amazing.
Wang Yuanji is a good anti-fiend hero, and destroying fiends before boosting health means you get more heal
Hansel is amazing for mana control
Rufus is a good Red 3* defense down hero
Para is one of only a very few 3* Purple healers, so has a good niche in 3* events and tourneys. Same for Candy, except Yellow.
Maeve is a good Purple 3* defense down hero, esp. as you don’t have Treevil.
Same for Dolrak, has a niche because of that.

I would say the only one who has absolutely no use at all is Shale.
All the others have some use, unless you already have a better hero that does the same. For example if you have Rekhetre, you don´t need Candy. If you have Bogart (or any other yellow defdown hero you can use on a titan) you don´t need Dolrak. I am not a big fan of all those blue 3 star snipers ( I have never maxed any of them), but if you do like them Planchet is probably the best one in that group, but if you already have others, I don´t know if it´s worth maxing another one, just because he´s a little bit better. Para is one of 2 purple 3 star healers, they are both good, but if you already have the other one, you don´t need Para in addition.

Save up and buy some more roster space. I wouldn’t be comfortable with less than 200. I’m not a great collector, but you’ll quickly regret feeding off stuff to make room. You’re obviously committed enough to spring for a few sets of 5 even if free to play.

Verdict: Keep them all for now.
Reason: You seem to be early game so they will all be useful while you figure out your playstyle
