Falling in love with 7-7, Rugged clothes plus 33% less WAVE of mobs and HALF the bosses to fight through than 8-7, for decent XP (707) and recruits (7-9).

Not that I can raid 23-9 already. My team is much too weak for that. But I just play since end of January. Still, nice to know, and hope I’ll grow strong enough soon.

I’ve switched to 6-8 for farming and its been solid. Amazing drop rate for Crude iron and you can also get Dragon Bones, Nugest, Roots, and Lumber.
Iron is my main limiting factor now, not crafting mats.

Zizzy is right. The recruits averaging 9. And it drops heroes and troops nicely.
10-9 might be worth a go for those with weaker teams… I’ve been auto playing it with a team power of 1850 & it’s been hitting the sweet spot for me as I’m focused on leveling heroes (& who isn’t?!!): been getting 8 - 10 recruits, 1-3 backpacks, 1-3 swords, also lots of items plus 1* 2* and hero troops, sometimes no heroes but many times 2 of them… at 4 energy cost. Seeing more consistant returns here than 5-8 for backpacks, recruits & heroes… my current farming hot spot!

12-9 should be the superior 4cost stage. it also has a better xp/flag and is farmed easily in 3 waves. But it might be too hard to autofarm for you yet.

@Maaeetz Yes, unfortunately @ my team level I still need potions & banners to complete province 12 stages all too often, but good to know for when I’m stronger! Thx
I’ve actually been getting a fair number of 4* ingredients in 8-7 (Orichalum, Dragon Bone, Meteor Fragment).
I’ll probably give 23-9 a try at some point, but I don’t feel that my 3440 strength is enough to win it without burning items. 20-9 is the highest I’ve dared go, but usually I’m looking to fill my monster chest as quickly as possible and I feel that 8-7 maximizes iron/time for me while I push for SH 20.
According to Empire & Puzzles Bible, 20-1 has the best Iron/Energy ratio
20-1 = 1,508 Iron/Energy
20-9 = 1,279
8-7 = 1,184
I farm 8-7 for recruits and to fill the monster chests

I personally like 12.1…it easiest of level 12 and it seems to give more recruits. It also gives more xp points than 8.7. Just my opinion.
The higher you go in levels the more xp you get (with some exceptions). Try 12-9 it‘s fast farmed with 3 waves and gives average 10 recruits

These things are not opinions, these are facts based on numbers. 12-1 less recruits and more xp than 8-7. No debate about that.

I rotate 12:6-9 once one drops a move on to the next. Round and round I go.

12.9 very good level for farmin
- about 10 recruits per 4 energy
- all sort of 1* - 3* items
- good troops/heroes
- one of the peak point for exp
I did it a lot but when I start leveling many heroes and start 2 TC20 I switched to 8.7 because I need really a lot of recruits and that is the best level for them
how did u manage to get thousands of practice swords??? been searching&farming for days &still run out every night. &adventurer kits. wt_. where did those go?? did all the heroes go camping&take kits instead of packing?? wish i cud trade in these 500 training manuals or something…like buy the stoopid things. very tired of low-cost hero training… :(
