Definitely a rough start today with two losses right out of the gates, though close ones. in retrospect, i really should have brought a cleanser to the second one but was a bit hasty in my team selection. board was also really bad for a long time on that one. also, totally saved in one battle by Buddy and his minion(s).

Defense picked up another win. i realized today that day 1 it probably got a B with 1-1. but it’s been an A since then. somehow still in top 1% despite my losses at the moment with 14732.
good luck on the last day everyone! maybe i can hang in there somehow and finish.
Day 4: 4-1. 1 board with diamonds of all other colours; and a li wing which cut my mana just when I finally charged my cleanser. Opponent MVP: costume Kelile. She fired twice and couldn’t clear the burns. Then tiles finally appeared, but too late to win. Did get tank&flank, so no total loss.
Go with same tactic. The board is pretty good today. Also no Li Xiu or Anastasia tank and many S1 defense today. Face 1 Ferrant tank but the board is good enough kill him before he can fire. So, 5 easy win today
Just reach the bottom of the leader board in about 2 hours after day 5 start but I think it will not gonna stay there much long

Today was really good. Boards practically won all the attacks for me. I got very lucky with my matches. I got a few teams that had at least one healer.
This might be my best tournament score ever. 22-3 final score
Friday is my day off, did my attacks early today. 5-0 for 23-2.

Top1 seems assured. If my defense had stayed at A, I would have on the leaderboard (at least for now)… Oh well, at least way better then last weeks top50.
I thought I was going to make it after two good wins, but the third battle had it in for me. i don’t think i would have won regardless what i would have decided to bring, because it wouldn’t have been blue, and the board was all blue and purple.

There was some late St Patrick’s day luck , as the boards were a sea of Green today which kept my 4 Green team very well fed. There were even yellows too that my Anastasia managed to fire her 2nd charge in the first 2 matches which is usually game over with no healing. Luck was so good that I beat a Li Xiu - Ferant combo without a dispeller (forgot to switch cCaedmon out of his costume )
Defense dipped briefly to B at the end of Day 4 so no chance of top 100 glory, but easily top 1%
It seems to often that it´s just those in the very top that post here.
If you are one of those, who are not up there - worry not, you are not alone. The rest of us just seem - too few? Too silent? I do not know.
Either way, I made it top 10% - got attacked once the first day which landed defense on E, then D, then B the rest of the week. 8 attacks on my Defense in total, the last being two days ago. Ah, ‘balanced RNG’, right.
I am sure having just a few emblems and no Limit broken heroes plays a large part. Oh, well, there´s always next week
Worry not, if you do not make it to top 1 or 5%. I have been playing 2.5 years. This is the first time ever that I made it to top 1% (not for long). You will get there keep practicing and invest in your 4* heros whether time or money it is your choice. I choose to invest time.
Results of this weeks Tournament, ended top1. Lost 2 on offense and went back and forth between A/B defense. Loot… the 100 emblems are welcome but overall just meh. Only reason why I play this is to fill my chests during the week.
I finished in 5%, I’ve never even received a 4 star mat in tournament before , somehow got a legendary book of golden emblems ! Much better than anything I’ve gotten with higher finishes , very happy!

Loot was ok-ish, with 100 emblems and a trooptoken. Not much aether. Hoping to get an emblem tome, but no such luck yet.
@Gwniver I tend to do best in 4* tournament, as I’m strongest there. I used to do well in 3*, but lately some new strong 3* heroes have been introduced I don’t have, making it harder to score well, esp. in rush with treevil and slayers… last week I ended in top50 (which is very low for me, usually I’ll get to at least top25 if not top10)
