I hope you guys can weigh in again on the green heroes I have.
My first question is who would you recommend leveling?
Secondly, because I know there are so many green heroes and someone will say something. 
I missed the last soul exchange and I’m not sure which 4 stars to keep duplicates of so I have a lot of extras. Why do I keep getting Melendors? Curse you, Small Giant! lol.
Im maxed and need to level the ones worth leveling.
Do Arco first no looking back
Eventually, Quenell and maybe Lady of the Lake for mana control.
That’s just 5*.
In 4*: Mielikki, Hansel and Brontes (not necessarily in that order) with eventually Gobbler for minion control (less you’ve got that covered) C. Gadeirus for titans and C. Melendor for healing
3*: Zarola, Zarel, Roxia, Dolgoon, Gramps… and possibly Gnomer and Fianna eventually
Dupe wise, less your roster is still new and developing, I’d only keep a max of three of the same hero, and only if they’re all-stars (healers, mana / mana control and titan / event specialists essentially) . Two dupes of the useful ones. One of unique (if you like collecting), or else just one of whatever you use.
If it were me I would do:
5*s - Arco, Quenell, Lady of the Lake, Evelyn, Tarlak, Ratatoskr…Keep one of all the others and do them at my leisure
4*s - Probably Hansel first then Ptolomy and Brynhild. Keep 1 of all the others and do them at leisure
3*s - keep a duplicate Faiez. keep and level 1 of each at leisure depending on requirements

Sadly, I only have 1 Damascus Blade and without being sure who was the most worthy I decided to stop at 3:70.
So, what I gather is Arco should get the blade it seems.

Agree with Arco, I do like Ike Tutsi a lot too. Mielikki stands out for me in the 4 star
I’ll add a further recommendation for Arco, and also Lady Of The Lake. She is my current favourite green hero (I don’t have Arco). Her minions can be awesome.
I would do first Arco (one of the best healers and anti-fiends heroes in the game), then Evelyn. Or if you don’t want to do a healer first, go with Evelyn and then Arco.
Afterwards Lady of the Lake and Quenell/ Iku-Torso
