Help me please to get some roster place. Who would You feed away and who is absolute keeper?
So who to keep and ascend? Thank You in advance! 
Carol and Knuckles are terrible - you can feed them away…
Gretel is not really usable any more so free up more space.

Not a lot of must-haves. I would say Mist and Bogart that´s it. Hansel is also great if you don´t have other similar heroes already.
Ahhotep is good, but many alternatives exist.
Olbec, Linus and Alfie I don´t know, so I voted to keep them 
The rest isn´t important, which of course doesn´t mean useless. Depends on what you already have. If you have no 4stars at all I would keep a lot of them, if you already have a good 4 star roster you can feed them all away.
Actually i have my capable team, these guys are on the bench for a long time.
In the first line, (LB) Boldtusk CT, Rigard C, SharkKai, Goldie, Aqualith, Xiaohu Dun, Waddles, Wilbur, Wang Juanji, Grimm, Junaid, etc)
So the poll is about clearly: level or feed I like to ask advice from more experienced players
To keep
Bogart is nice for the DD, great for events and titans
Mist is great for the general control. Works well with any team
Hansel for mana control although he is quite outdated due to his stats
Carol for towers as she’s borderline OP in there
Griffin only if you have the costume. The costume is different enough and has unique support
Ahhotep for the mana gain
