You defense might have high power but the heroes are not good. Only Sartana is a good hero.

Khagan at corner is almost useless.

Thorne can tank but is not best option for tank.

Musashi is a bad option for defense.

It would be better if you have a healer.

Do you have another hero such as Joon/Vivica or Marjana or Lianna?

I m very near, but suddenly (with similar opponents) it takes me down again.

Note that when you enter top 100, other people can attack you even if you are online.

Top 100 usually have 4500 defense power so when they see you available as opponent, they will undoubtedly attack you, not rerolling.

I have a team of 3 green and 2 blue which only have 3950 power but I used to use that team to beat defense with Thorne tank around 4200 power just like your defense.
