Blood, I have both maxed and emblemed and use Tettukh lots more than Hansel. They are both great heroes, but the silencing is more useful. used him even in the last war and he did a good job.

I have pulled him today. Hes my first mana controler hero. I think hes a must have for those events to silence annoying bosses.

You got lucky. Imo, he is awesome (silence for 4 turns and he is a pretty okay sniper.). Yet to regret levelling him up. Wish I could say the same for Hansel. Enjoy!

Tettukh Is useful, just wish he had a bit of a harder punch. I use him when there is any reason Proteus isn’t available.

I have tettukh + 20 and am even thinking of giving it the limit breaker so it is useful!

I was coming in here looking for info and figured I’d share my thoughts. I have him fully emblemed, I really like him. I was in a similar dilemma as some of you in this thread, is tettukh or Hansel more deserving of the aethers?
I’m using both extensively and clearly there’s a fine balancing act between the two. Hansel drops mana and does light damage when the mana is dropped, he’s fast, the problem is he doesn’t last very long. Even with emblems he feels super squishy.
Tettukh only silences, he does slight poison damage and he’s average. The thing I prefer about him over Hansel is that he can last throughout a fight really well. I have tettukh emblemed too and he’s just way more robust.
Personally, I’m drawn to Hansel, but I do not think giving him aethers would be that beneficial to him. Weird thing is I feel the same about tettukh. If I had to choose between the two, I’d give them to tettukh. Ultimately I gave my aethers to brynhild though lol, Cheers!

The speed was the deciding factor for me between Hansel and Tettukh. My Hansel is +19, while Tettukh has major competition for emblems…
So I went for the faster hero 
I have had Hansel for much longer though, so also have much more experience with him

Here’s my tettukh. You made a good point on the fast hero. Still, Hansel seems more fragile but we shall see as I continue using them.

Depends on what you’re doing. If you are using them with mana troops, Tettukh is just as good because I think he can fire in 9 tiles too. And he just hits harder, is a lot tougher, and silences longer.
If you’re choosing a hero for a 4* tournament then I’d bring Hansel as he charges in 9 tiles without mana troops and that’s key to winning (combine him with other 4* fast greens for a combined strike).

Hansel is fast but he’s squishy. Plus he drops mana when it’s full. Level Hansel imho.

Tettukh is more tanky and if you aim for vf wars/tournaments he block special skills for 4 turns, hensel only 3.
Hensel is better if you want to use him on 4* tournaments (excluding vf) without mana troops.

Tettuhk has started to become weak compared to most heroes, his skills need to be improved, maybe his hit percentage and poison damage can be increased or he can hit more enemies. definitely needs improvement. I wish everyone good games.

well… depends what you have? and how will you use him or pair him with? He can be an amazing hero, I use to use him a lot on my attack teams because that silence can help you against dangerous heroes

If you have hundreds of Monk emblems just sitting there without a suitable owner, he’s solid enough to make good use of them until you get a better Monk.
