I’ve got a set of Tabbards that needs to be used, and would live people’s thoughts on Khiona vs Ursena.
I don’t need Ursena to tank (or on my defense team–Ive got a Yunan-centric team that keeps me around 2600 cups) and I’m interested in improving my Titan hits on Holy Titans and raiding / alliance war attacks.
I like Ursena, but seems to me that if you don’t get her to go off early her special is really just a tickle, but I’m also wondering if I’d really replace C Regard in my Titan team with Khiona.
Not knowing anything about your roster I can only offer suggestions but:
Ursena is the best sink for Sorcerer Emblems
Ursena flank is almost as nasty as a Ursena Tank
Wars at high level typically have the Ursena Flanks as the last defences standing… Nobody wants to fight her.
Ursena is amazing vs. titans as she reflects all their special skill damage & status effects.
Ursena in general offence is also really really powerful as she deals hefty damage & the AI is dumb… So you can make enemies (like Drake Fong) nuke themselves on her shields.
Overall there is no real reason to max khiona over Ursena.
Appreciate the clarity. My dark roster has excellent defensive and utility heroes, but the offense is not great. I’ve got Kunchen, Hel, Sartana and Clarissa maxed with Quntius, Obakan, Domitia, Mok-Arr, Grimble and the aforementioned Khiona and Ursena all at 3.70.
I’ll ascend Ursena then–the “extra damage to holy” is great. I do use her to make holy hitters or AoE heroes self-destruct, but she does that pretty effectively at 3.70 already. Drake is definitely a scourge recently though, so bu
Funnily enough, I will actually hunt teams with Ursena. I use a max-emblemed Jackal, C. Joon and one of Inari or Malosi to kill her, I’ve always felt like she’s really fragile, and rarely manages to get her special off, either as a tank or flank.
If Khiona applied her buff to everyone, she’d be more compelling, but her role seems usurped by C. Rigard, at least for Titans.
