It down to these 2 for me. Its a tough call. Definitely the most difficult soul exchange choice for me so far.

I have both Milena and Arco. For my style I use Milena way more than Arco. Her very fast heal haa saved me many times and if you can get her second special to fire you are putting the hurt on the other team and increasing your mana. For me in today’s meta, I have found it difficult to fire fast heroes before getting beaten. However, both are great. You can’t really go wrong here.

I have one Milena and still have a hard choice to make between her and Arco, who I don’t have. For me, I think she will be useful for a little longer than Arco but really, I think in the end, it will all come down to what your roster looks like and the ascension, emblem and limit break materials you have/don’t have. I don’t have any more scopes so I think my choice is clear now. Just have to wait for 11 more days … going to fell like an eternity!

DOubting this list is correct either. SPeculation nothing more.
They both work quite differently when it comes to stealing. Diaochan’s steal is quite overrated and only has an edge over hatter when it comes to stealing through taunt and dodge. Outside of taunt and dodge, hatter is still a lot better because he steals everything nice and fresh. Sure, weaker stats only means he’s going to be an offence hero. But against buff heavy teams, not even diaochan can complete with him. Against heroes like g hippo, I would rather use hatter or dispel the entire thing. Before Loki, he was this game’s original prankster and will never be outdated
I lack Wizard emblems and of course Arco and Milena are both Wizards.

I have resources for green hero. Even multiple. I can afford 20 souls if I will sell Sargasso, Balur, Celidiana and S1 dupes.

What a dilemma, I need roster space way more than I need any of these heroes. Could do with a red attacker so I’ll probably pick up lewena

That’s always a possibility. Is there a hero that you want more than Arco and Milena?
Thinking roster needs more than wants i need a 5* minion remover /yellow hit all so eloise would be the best option and most likely to be featured one.
It just seems if this the true list they are basically pushing arco/milena more than the other options just due to how lackluster most of them are.
And kara at 20 has got to be a joke no Hotm except maybe miki,frida,evelyn is worth exchanging 20 souls for imo. Unless it was in costume and one of the better ones.

I do quick comparison for this who have some dubs regarding new list. COmparison between November list and this one
November:

I would say it almost same type and same amount.

in summary in my opinion this list is in generall is better then last one and looks legit as I belive since begining.

I just can’t get over the fact that quartz is 20 and dark lord, the big bad antagonist of S1 is only 15 souls. That is so disrespectful

But then why is Kara 20 and yet arfanias who is a month younger than Kara only 10 souls?
