I have both and going for Pepper without hesitation, great hero (despite the nerf)

If i have to choose only one, Pepper alone looks a more complete package, but if we can level-up both Marjana C1 and Toon together as two heroes, that would be nightmare

I would say Marjana because you have different uses for her different costumes, and I feel like my Pepperflame always dies really fast.

BTW, I have two LB2 Pepperflames, one LB2 Marjana and one LB1 Marjana.
I use both Peppers + one C1 Marjana in red mono team. I don’t use Toon for quite some time now.
