Hi, that sounds interesting. Would you be kind enough to share the data? I have recently started keeping track of titans in my alliance, so there is not enough data for a pattern, but it would be awesome to look at your data. 
Well we lost to a 8* then beat 3 7* and a 8* today got a rare! Woop!
Found out our last rare was on the 22nd of august.
Im collecting all data… spawning time has been between 6 to 13 days but the average is every 8 days… cant help with the math with escaped…
Im more curious about the colour pattern… i had 2 sequences of the same colour order spawning the 2 colours swap and now we had 3 of each colour and only 1 blue …
It never repeat same colour tho…

Got one today. The tiger that does F’n everything once it’s special goes off!
We got a 9* after the rare last time but we had to let it escape! Then a we beat a 2 8* lost to an 8* then beat 3 7* and 2 8*
Is it definitely true a rare won’t spawn after an escaped Titan?
Also, any more data on the rare Titan frequency, both cases preferably - how an escaped Titan affects the spawn rate and also the average after a kill streak?

That seems to be a commonly asserted “fact”.
I have personally been tracking 274 titans performance (for myself).
Of those there have been 22 rare titans.
Of those rare titans, 100% were after a defeated titan. In a number of occasions there was an “escaped” titan 2 before the rare… so yeah…

We’re slaying 12s and 13s but… Running out of resources like crazy. So… Rn @12 hr mark we have a decision to make lol- last rare was roughly 8ish ago and we want to be prepared!

It’s approximately 8-10 killed titans between Rare Appearances.

I was wondering if we just set a land speed record on rare Titans, as I don’t think I’ve ever seen only 8, with at least 1 escape. But as per Guvnor, I guess not — just one end of the curve.
10* - escaped
9* rare - dead
9* - escaped
8* - dead
8* - dead
8* - dead
9* - dead
9* - dead
10* rare - TBD
Thankfully we’re well ahead on the valor challenge, but I’m not sure we have enough flasks to kill this sucker. 
Yeah 6 is definitely an abnormality but I have seen 5 before…
I know that the top alliances which string 14* titans (i.e. never let them escape) get a rare about once a week
Edit: if you need help killing it there are line groups for mercs (add me at Guvnor81). There are also a bunch of mercs that hang out in Global Chat, Alliance Recruitment & Peer Support in game
Bonjour je joue depuis 10 mois seulement et commence à suivre le titan de près et même fait un tableau… J’étais surprise car je pensais que le titan rare arrivait tous les 11 car c’était ça mais là no mais grâce à ce que vous avez écrit je comprends mieux
. Le tous jaune est quand on a laissé filer le titan
Have you seen 5 recently?
I’d like to warn my teammates when we are in range of getting a rare titan.
I personally have never seen 5… least I’ve ever experienced myself is 6… But I’ve been informed its possible by other players who also tracked rare titan appearances.

I’ve seen 5 once. At least once I figured out to count and that it was semi predictable.
7-9 is by far the most common though.
