we already had rare titans, after letting go of the previous one to him.

is practically not worth it, use so many bottles or use several items, to kill it,
I do not have the list,
but the rare ones are managing to be worse than the “common”.
They have more HP, more defense, stronger and more boring, but no more generous. lol
can even be more “cow hand”

I know some consider rares not worth the effort, but this is off-topic here since we are just trying to figure out the rares appearance scheme
question , in my alliance ( new one ) , we kill 3* 4* titans , but we have yet to have our first rare !!! Is there a minimum requirement for rates to appear or what could be the case ? An explanation would be appreciated
If I recall correctly only 5+* titans can be rare

As i heard the rumor, that rare titans are appearing more often if you kill titans in streak.
In our alliance we defeated rare titan 10*, afterwards we skipped like 5 or 6, so we started back from 7* titans. Afterwards we killed 9 titans in a row and the next one was rare 11*, which we successfully killed.
Right now we are skipping two next titans and decide to start from 9* again. I wonder, if this strategy is viable? We do really enjoy this raid loot, so we want this to happen more often 
As far as the data show, you will get a rare one after a win and it takes around 10 defeated titans before they spawn.
So I would not suggest to drop in titan level and kill them as they come. You are losing chances on loot this way.

I’m still checking and actually all rare titans appeared after 8 to 12 killed titans. I’m not noticing any benefit from killing streaks, but I can check using a bit of statistical analysis.
However, your 9 titans killed in a row are in the 8-12 predicted range, and if you skipped 5 or 6 it took your alliance about 14-15 titans to get another rare. On the other hand, if you killed the titans you can kill and skip those that would require too many flasks your skipped titans may well go down from 5-6 to 2-3, so you would get your rare 3 days in advance.

Normal for more than 11 12* titans to be killed in a row without seeing a rare? We’re on our 12th non rare
Unlikely, but not outside of the distribution I observed: from 8 to 12 kills between 2 consecutive rares means that next one must be a rare, otherwise you have found an outlier (or the distribution I observed is wrong, or has changed… well only SGG knows for sure)

Been in my alliance about 160 days I haven’t seen that many rare titans! After reading this think I can gather why as it’s based on a streak of kills!
We had problems killing 6* not anymore, then problems 7* not anymore now on 8* some we can defeat but usally in the last 2-4 hours or some we have to escape like the last 8*. so I guess that stops the count??? We had a 7* yesterday defeated and today another 7* it be dead soon!
Because we haven’t been getting a rare often maybe 1 a month! We only flask on rare iv got 7 and always use 1 when we do! So is it because of a win win win lose situation?
I haven’t caught up completely on the thread but from what i understood it based on the info i saw, is that yea escapes push back a rare titan spawn
Also i might add escapes should probably be called at 11 hr mark if you want to be 100% sure on killing the next titan

Our last 3 Rares have popped 1-3 days before estimated arrival. Came to the forums to investigate if anything had changed and stumbled upon this old thread. @alcaselzer DTS misses you old friend, was wild to see you still answering questions here after retiring!

Our rares have slowed down again, but we had several with only 6 kills inbetween last month

I have been tracking rare titans in the alliance I run for the past 12 months and I can find no pattern. Some will occur 2 days after the last loss other maybe 8 days.
The only thing that is known for certain is that they will never occur after a loss
