Very nice, thank you for creating this!

Perhaps one observation, in some cases it doesn’t say whether an effect applies to a minion’s owner as opposed to the target it hits. For example, “Increases mana generation” for Mielikki (which applies to the minion’s owner) and “Decreases mana generation” for costume LotL (applies to targets hit of course).

Of course it’s fairly common sense that negative effects will normally apply to targets hit and positive effects to its owners, but in some descriptions “owner” is mentioned so perhaps it would just be more consistent to do that everywhere it applies. Just a very minor nitpick.

Edit: Buster gives minions only for him and nearby allies. Not sure, what are these “guys” under him (for minions or for attack?), but if attack, then also target and nearby enemies.
