Maybe somebody can help

A friend of my has a very big problem with the app “Empires & Puzzles”.
During his playing the app was closing suddenly an ist not mor possible to start. If he trying to start the app then is to see for about two or three minutes the black screen with the withe logo and then is appear a message from the android system “the data storega is full, please clear them.”
The possibility to clear these data storage for the app, we found it. But if he trying to clear the data storage the message below is apearing:
“App Data erease?
All data of these app will be destroyt finaly.
Include all files, settings, accounts, databases, etc.”

We think that means all the years he is playing this game will be lost. In this case it is synonymous with the finaly end wit this game for him.

If there any way to rescue the game for him? Ther is no “Empires & Puzzles” profile in his Google Play Store and the android system of the smartphon is Android 7.0 .

Definitely SG, otherwise you could not have the same information on multiple devises, the data is sent to them as soon you complete an activity. i.e. a purchase, play a level, battle, etc.

it should but I would temporarily, as I mentioned before, installed on another device just to make sure that your friend remembers his credentials. The last thing you want is to restore your device and them you do not know your credential to get your account back.

There is also an SG account number on the splash screen when you open the game. take a screenshot (if you can), or better just write the account number down. I believe with that account number SG can help restore your account if for some reason your installation or data on your phone is lost.

To me it sounds like he needs to clear out some “data” on his phone. Delete unwanted or unused pics, videos, music, downloads. Or as @FraVit93 said, move them to a different device or storage.

A short message between, he have organized a second device and will test same opportunities during the weekend.

Glad you figured it out… also don’t forget about LD PLAYER for PC. In the future if you or anyone needs a second device for some reasons … not sure what to do for iPhone but this works for android

Ohhh god the data storage is full refer applications,videos,photos and some other files not your gaming files…You would have deleted other unnecessary apps from mobile not in game files… They are most imp data

Result, the problem is solved. He was installing the second device and after this he had used the function “clear datastorage” in the app management of “Empires & Puzzles”. He is online again. But on the screen he has now such a annoying Facebook icon for advertising. This shall be the onliest difference against before.
