Can't access my account on my new device

my new device and app does not acknowledge my account. It is requesting me to start over. I have two years of gameplay on my accounts. I refuse to start over. I have already tried logging on with Facebook to join the two together. Still not acknowledging my account.


Unfortunately Facebook doesn’t store the game progress, that’s done thru your Google or Apple account

That was exactly how I started on the device. I downloaded empires and puzzles through Google play

Did you use the same Google play account ? If you created a different one sign out and relogin with old one and open game and go-to settings and sign in the old Google play . If this didn’t work contact the support they can help you to restore the progress.
