I would like to see Quenell for 10 or 15 souls cause she is a little bit old now so 20 would be an exaggeration considering also her stats.

Sha Wujing will be a year old in August and heās not on most meta teams anymore itās the furry monsters and secret summon pulls who control the top for green. I agree empires and puzzles is always stingy but thatās why Iām here to ask for something of real value for 20 in Sha, Iām over the middling garbage. It also meets their criteria for a hero they can give us. Frog prince and haulstone is a hard pass. Slow is slow and support heroes are just that. Quenell is garbage today and sheās already been featured in the past, no thanks. Might show up in fated summon at some point. If Sha breaks the game, nerf him just like Ludwig

Left Matilda behind for saving more souls and got Aviana in a random single free pull.
Needed some Holy Damage and that is. Iām happy. First Critical legendary for me as well.
3 TC running and 15 souls stocked and enough time to reach 20.
Felt so good to save them this time.

Frog Prince is in my team holding 3200 cups without raiding at all, obviously you need the right setup.
Iām not trying to say frog prince is complete garbage like quenell but Iām not giving 20 souls for a slow hero. When I see him I have 0 fear, easy kill and just donāt dump tiles into him. Would you rather have Sha Wujing or the Frog? Iām trying to convince the devs to throw us a real bone here. Glamorizing the frog isnāt doing anyone a favor lol.

I get what youāre saying and Iām not āglamorizingā anything, I said you need the right setup - he and any other hero arenāt exactly straightforward to kill when you have C. Hathor, and C. Cleopatra on either side of him.

Understood, Iām trying to relay you would input Sha Wujing instead of the frog and the frog being useful at 3200 cups is good on you for having two great healers next to him to create synergy, thatās the āglamorizingā or premium gas I reference while trying to manifest what we really want. Which is Sha Wujing.

We donāt really have a say in the matterā¦ I agree sha is worth 20ā¦ If the frog prince is there at 20ā¦ Okayā¦ But if probably go elsewhere while still acknowledging he is a decent hero.

If the devs are throwing the bone to PtP, it could be Frog Prince so as to fit around other strong heroes. If itās to FtP it could be the more independently robust Sha.
I been lucky to pull Sha, but hope he appears for you. 
So, I ended up choosing C.GP over Queen Anne, and Iām pretty happy with my choice after about a month into it! Yes, that means I still do not own a taunt tank. However, my PvP defense team is solid enough to keep me between 2700-2900 passively, and there is no further benefit above 2400.
C.GP helps me with Wars, and I am still trying to make all 6 of my teams fully useful, and she has been helping a lot there. Since War is my main focus in this game right now, Iām quite happy!

Iām pretty pleased with phenexa. She makes me very happy. I love that she refreshes counterattack and other buffs. I just want better heroes that have better buffs nowā¦

Now I wish I took Lauhu as a 15 instead of Matilda since Iāve gotten lucky and almost filled up the 10 open spots. I hope there is a great green at 15 or 20. I hate having to spend 350 gems for more roster space.
It would be nice if they could just give us a Yes, No or Maybe to the always asked question about choosing more than 1 hero from Soul Changes or having a 30 hero tier Soul Changes
