Someone in my alliance who is basically retired from the game just said there are no more soul exchanges. Is that true?

No it is not true. SE is on the calendar for this month (March 24th),
Please always fact check on the offical game forum so you dont spreed false information. There is a reason he is retired from the game. He probably want you to quit the game with him also.

Funny enough, my dup Ludwig is probably going into the SE. Iād give him to you if I could. Trading or a player marketplace would be a nice thing to have, even if it was just within alliances. I spend so I have some decent dupes that Iāll never use so Iād love to give them to my alliance mates who are most f2p

Thanks bro! The player swap would be a great idea. I feel like it has been talked about in this forum, but then shelved and forgotten by the devs. Iād gladly give up a Legendary that I may not have reason to use, like Kai or Daiochan or Cleaver. Someone might find good use for them.

I doubt SG would ever consider allowing this. Trading would make players spend lessā¦ one thing i have seen in other games is the use of a merc system- you can use/borrow a hero put up by alliance mates once a day to use in raids etc.

Just something to think about. I donāt know at what level you play, how many pulls you make, but Ludwig is a difficult hero to get. Heās also one of the heroes I have maxed a duplicate and have considered maxing a third one. Maybe hold on to him if you can, donāt send him to SE.

Trading heroes OLDER than X and/or other conditions (limit how many per month you can trade, maybe 1 I guess) would stop this, I mean, if we canāt trade

Ludwig has always been my mvp, Iāve always used him for every war, in my auto farming team and for events.
Almost 2 years ago I was lucky to pull him from the event portal. I didnāt get him from SE. he was my first to lb, my first to 2lb.
Almost 2 years later and he has never sat on my bench. So I see alot of value in him even today and given the chance I would def lvl another Ludwig if I got him again.

SE has became useless for everyone. Whith this flow of Heroes being release every month, the 20 tier should have really good Heroes.
You can only choose one and even the new ones became irrelevant in 2/3 months and would still be a lot of new ones for top players to chase.
Whats the point of trading 20 heroes for someone who, maybe, was relevant 6 months ago?
Top players would not spend less cause getting good heroes its only a small part, you need to lvl fast, lb, lb2, pull for troops, the new dragons coming up, etc.
Did the game became broken cause of Ludwig?
Even in the lower tier of the game 1 great hero would not broken the game and would probably make some players spend more to get 20 souls.

Iām usually around a 3200 cup level in Raids. Iāve debated leveling a 2nd Lud, however I usually have enough projects I wouldnāt have the spare resources to emblem and limit break a 2nd one. That said, I still may not use him this SE, as youāre right, heās a bit harder to get and a good hero. Sometimes itās hard to let them go, even if youāll probably never use them, same reason I have 3 dupe Miladyās that Iāll probably never use.
