The 15 months limitation does temper my excitement, though only a little. It just means I likely won’t take someone from SE purely to grab their costume. I’d be interested in Sobek this SE, for example, but that costume was released in July of this year. On the other hand, the Guardian Gazelle I just plucked out of Fated Summon will benefit greatly.
