I'm torn between Costume Killhare and Khonshu

Costume Killhare has been sitting in my inventory ever since the Easter event and now I’m not sure if I should level her up or Khonshu which also seems pretty good.
Only have enough tabards for one of them.

These are my current purple 5* heroes that are fully leveled.

Khonshu is the better hero, but Killhare works well with CPanther

I’d be leaning towards Khonshu, he’d work great with c Victor
