Heroes to un-nerf

So now that many new heroes are over powered can we go back and un-nerf a few. My suggestions are Athena Hel and Ares. Perhaps they could get costumes for the old heroes of the month?

Should costumes be made for older heros of the month to make them more relevant?

I would like to see a rebalancing of all heroes that existed prior to S3. But costumes would only apply to people who draw the costumes, not the people who already have them. Iā€™m in general not in favor of costumes for non-S1 heroes.

And polls that make me vote to see the results are really irritating
