Haha everyone here recycling S1 5*s, meanwhile I’m sitting here with 12 tonics, 4 green heroes at 3/70, and still waiting for Lianna from TC20. 
Also still need Joon and Marjana. I do have 5 Raffaeles, of which 4 will be waiting to be recycled in HA. But I reckon it will be at least 2-3 months before I can get HA10 up and running.

I think people should call out their prediction, just to see if anyone happens to nail the ridiculous chance of being correct on their prediction.
I’m going to predict that my Quintus 1-1 turns into… Guardian Panther! Why? Because it’d be cool… but also because I have too much Purple right now anyway. 
I have one Clarissa at 3-70 waiting for Tabards, a second one leveling up to 3-70 right now, and a third one at 1-1. So OF COURSE I’ll get another purple somehow! Might as well be a good one, right??

No worries on the timing. No skipping, and you’re a smidge ahead of me… my first result of HA10 will be a bit under 5 days from now.
I’m not expecting miracles, but there are still a couple of S1 5* heroes I wouldn’t mind getting… Marjana, for example. All my time with TC20 and I haven’t landed her yet, and she’d actually be helpful to me. And I have plenty of extra recruits and food, so it isn’t like the HA10 slot machine is really losing anything for me. Break even or gain, I think: after all, my 1-1 Quintus is NEVER going to be used… so even if I get a Horghall who will NEVER be used, I don’t really lose anything.

I’m getting closer but theres no real point in me saying how close I am. Still have a while before I hit lvl 10 (currently building it) but I also have to raise my food storage level a few times in order to have enough to actually research lvl 10…so…yeah…still a ways to go before I can even start guessing/hoping.
Just started my HA10 research, so 2 weeks more to actually start using it + 1 week for the first result… these times are a real drag

I’m at stronghold 23 now. Seeing these non-S1 legendaries popping out I want to reach HA10 asap. Can you give an estimate in time from SH23 to HA10. Will it be still this year ? I’ve VIP but don’t want to spent gems to speed things up.
It 82 days of building from the time you start SH25 until HA10, but…You need 3 iron storages maxed at adv lvl10, 3 food storages maxed to adv lvl10 in addition to the remaining storages being maxed at lvl 20. You’ll also need all of your houses upgraded to be able to hold 300 recruits. Honestly, knowing where I was in my building when I was SH23, I’d guess you’re probably 6 months away

Thank you for the answer. I’ve been playing a little over 6 months now to reach SH23. Well looks like I will be playing another 6 months to get HA10.

I sent in Thorne and got Zimkitha. Now I should be able to look forward to retraining everyone else into something less impressive. I don’t have all the classic 5* so hopefully I get Sartana next Monday.

re: trading between alliance members - even if they charged like 5k gems for a transaction on each side, i would def think it would be worth it for SG. I mean, the 4* asc mats are just as much of a road block as getting good heros are

Good point. Let us see if there will be any change to this in the future.
I wonder any one ever thought of sending maxed 5* in… Too bad you won’t get a maxed 5* in return. And even if one does decide to send a maxed 5* in, what if that one is emblemed. I think just like feeders, you will not be able to send them in until you strip the emblems off.
Probably won’t get to doing HA10 until close to Thanksgiving or Christmas at the rate I am going. Still hoping 3* and 4* can be retrained in the future. And perhaps costumes too.
