SG really needs to ensure their descriptions are totally accurate. But if dodges wonāt count either, then heās gone from I wonāt complain if I get him to I WANT him.
This might make him very good against double and reverse double formations, always hits 5 with itās burn dot and gains then 25% mana a turn. Although as he is average, there is a good chance some of the opposite team heroes dies before you get to fire him. Also pairs very well with vfast heroes like GM and Emilio.
This is how evolving the game should work. People complain about how tough C-Kad is on defenseā¦this hero was specifically made for that. I fully expect a HOTM by the end of the year that gains your team mana or health for killing fiends. Natural progression, I approve.
for an avg he needs something more, the dot on 3 and the direct dmg to 1 is too weak
needs a buff either hit 3 with smaller dmg like 240% on 3 or hit 1 but harder at 400+ %
I feel the same about Russell. His base attack stat at 795 is pretty high (assuming they donāt change it) but 350% isnāt a lot. Pairing this hero with Wu/Ranvir probably wonāt be worth it unless you have multiple Russellās leveled and on the same team. Wu/Ranvir might make Russell stronger but he might screw over the rest of the team.
Yea heāll definitely be good with other burn dmg heroes, especially ones that fire before him. GM/Emilio are probably most potent with him. If you bring fast speed burn heroes (JF, c.Kelile, marjana etc), and have a lvl23 mana troop on Russell, after 9 red tiles, you should fire Russell first and then the burn heroes so it charges Russell a 2nd time.
Also Muspelheim Realm bonus will give him a lot of mana every turn. I can imagine a team with Gefjon, Baldur, GM/Emilio, and Russell. Maybe throw in a Ranvir. (I actually donāt know if Ranvirās buff makes Baldurās hit miss)
