At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% attack for 6 turns. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
Ability: Toon 75% extra chance to resist all status ailments, mana reductions and buff dispels.
Special Skill: Toon Bolt
Deals 590% damage to the target.
The caster and nearby allies get 64% defense against Holy for 4 turns.
Deals extra damage against Holy.
Dispels buffs from the target and nearby enemies.

Because the skill is always the same for all toon heroes. Bigger number on the damage and extra damage to the weak color. Nothing you need to wait for.
Yup…big admirer of good, creative artwork. Part of the attraction of this game for me is some of the card art. Silly or not I one of the parts of the game I admire (or find appalling) the most.

I’ve had appalling luck on the costume chamber in the past couple of years, so delighted. I always liked the OG Domitia but got Seshat before her so never needed to level her.
Glad to have all 4, and they all offer something different too.
I can say I am a big hater of all Toons. The art is by far the worstest and cheapest and hatedest I can think of in this game and out of all toons so far this one must be by far the ugliest. I wish I could put a big black square over it and never see it again.
Skill wise I do not think much better about toons than about their art. It is so horribly unimaginative I don´t know what else to say. Cheapest possible production costs for SG and spruced up by silly high stats and a ridiculous OP passive to make them sellable. That passive alone is one of the biggest annoyance factors in the game right now at the level where I play. Toons are everywhere because they are relatively easy to get and have a rather high quality for defense teams, because of the passive.
Some toon costumes are actually good looking in my opinion. Some are indeed very ugly.
I like Joon Toon or panda toon 3* Gan Ju costumes for example.
Domitia toon is indeed very bad looking.
I believe they wanted to do a 25% or 50% passive at first. But there was also lowering special skill damage for the heroes in those numbers. They removed that and i guess they tried to make it up by making the weaker passive oke-ish by spiking the number to 75%.
I think i preferred the BETA passive.

I must admit I truly despised the toon art when it came out… but … just like some of the things I’ve run across in the real world … it turns out, the toons, at least for me, are soooo ugly, they’re cute!
I drew Domitra with all three bones. Is it worth spending the resources to raise the base plus all those costumes. If I had at least a raised foundation from before, I would raise costumes now, but I don’t have a foundation from before.
