Counterattack
At the start of each battle, this Hero counterattacks with 60% of the damage received for 6 turns. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
Ability: Toon 75% extra chance to resist all status ailments, mana reductions and buff dispels.
Special Skill: Toontastic Riposte
The caster and nearby allies counterattack with 125% of the damage received for 5 turns. This status effect is undispellable and lasts 2 turns longer on Dark characters.

If you’d like more extensive advice on sorting out your particular roster, I recommend creating a new thread in Gameplay Help & Tactics, and posting screenshots of your hero roster, along with your questions.
There is a 25% chance that the buff blocker ailment might stick.
However, in actual gameplay, if you have him on offense, 75% resist really becomes 10%, while the resist percentage becomes 95% if you are battling against Cyprian.
He is a Toon and we all know that the Toons basically resist everything, there is hardly a recipe against him, except rangers… This Hero is OP !! Big Problem in this Game… Tournaments and Wars !
