This is an old thread, so given the changes in the game the comparison would change.
One big one is the game got even faster. To me that means c-Chao is a PvE hero. Mine still doesn’t have emblems, but performed great against bosses in magic tower.
He won’t be great in too many PvP scenarios. PvE bosses, or elite enemies, are more his thing.
She better be. An S4 5* should be better than an S1 4* with first costume only and a first generation event 4*. That is not a fair comparison at all.
