Cinisia – 5* Nature / Green - July 2023 HOTM (Hero of the Month) -- Initial Release

Full artwork here. Will definitely pass as a Magic The Gathering character imho.

Agree with you…great artwork and detail… can’t wait for the God heros (Fortuna/Jove family) to see if they follow the same styles

Dont forget the stupid pets, some of them are good to have but the art is unforgettable

She looks like she could pass as the slayer artwork

Decent hero for f2p. Although 1445hp at 4/85 is quite low.

6 pulls, two times this hero. Unfortunately no tonics, wizard emblems and better heroes before her on my level list. Maybe in two, three months I will level her to 4/80.

Hello community! I made 12 summons with Epic Hero Tokens at the Season Summons Gate and received the 3* hero of the event and bonus hero of the month Cinisia. For those who are in doubt if the hero Cinisia is good, I thought it was decent and I will level it as soon as possible. Good luck with the summons!

Just got her and I might tonic her. She seems promising for a hotm. My greens are not that good, however she has bleed damage, and I have telonius. The two of them can go hand in hand.
She actually looks like a better Yunan that deals bleed and without the self cleanse

Got her today from dunes portal with 5 free pulls.

She’s alright as far as her special goes, but she’s made of wet cardboard.

At 2LB, she loses 200(!) defense and 600 hp compared to the newest non-HOTM release, at the same attack stat.

Yeah, wet cardboard, if you roll it up and smack someone on the face with it. That would still hurt. Her passive which gives her up to an extra 20% attack should make her be on par with any new gen attackers

Another pet peeve of mine regarding this game is how blunt and direct these passive names are. Can they at least spent 5 minutes on the thesaurus to come up with an elegant sounding name then just ‘increasd attack per non nature enemy’?

Ugh. I think the whole pets thing is dumb. I’ve skip the challenge entirely. Cant do everything in the game when real life gets busy anyway, so that’s one thing I’ve chosen to miss. If I get one by accident (like I got Cupcake), I’ll still use it if it’s useful.

Waddles the duck and Barkley the mutt are absolute studs. Do not disregard them for your teams simply because of the pet factor.

Oh, certainly. Like Cupcake. I’ll definitely train her. Just cause I think it’s silly doesn’t mean I don’t recognize the they’re useful. If I get more, I’ll use them. But I won’t spend time/money actively chasing them.

Right? They could have called it

Nature’s Wrath
or
Gaia’s Vengeance
or
Ashen Fury
or even
Arboreal Protector

Pretty sure that was way less than five minutes, and no thesaurus.

Counterpoint: if someone tends to roll with Phantom and Odette and Ferrus et al, very few HotM are likely to be very interesting in comparison because it’s not the job of HotM to compete with super-premium (and especially mostly-paywalled) heroes

On the other hand, for someone whose most powerful current hit-all heroes are Vela and uncostumed Odin, Cinisia looks pretty freaking amazing.

I know this isn’t an important thing in the game, but to find a word that best describes the effect makes it sound like they put in some effort on these heroes. It also creates personality for these heroes. What can you tell me about cinisia when her passive’s name is ‘increase attack per non nature hero’? Nothing, there’s no attachment and emotion for these heroes when the description is so bland and generic. I may even say it sounds stupid the more you say it

Take Pokémon for example. We have gyarados who is this big menacing Pokémon who’s ability (passive in this context) gives attack down. But instead of just putting the ability name as ‘attack down on all enemies’, the ability is named ‘intimidate’
Now you tell me, which passive name brings more personality to that gyarados? ‘attack down on all enemies’ or ‘intimidate’?

I like her special special effects. Bleed damage is good especially if you combine her with other heroes that do similar damage like water damage and so on. Passive is good. Attack is good but could have been 250%. Redusing healing is ok. Her amount of HP though is weird. Cinisia needs at least 200-250hp more or else I dont think someone will give ten Alphas to her cause she is decent but not a great hero.

Hi. This hero is amazing. Is she better than Frigg? How can I get her? I can’t find her anywhere. Does she also gives mana to her self?
