Just a stereotypical dragon.
Dragons breath fire, so he does burn dmg.
Logic I think

Congratulations, he is a good one to get.
Damage, DoT and Mana cut at Fast mana.

He is the 5* Dragon I have focused on and like him very much during these early days.

The dragons on defense that I face cannot be 1-shot so the mana cut works to buy time and the DoT will often be enough to kill an enemy, this is especially true if I can also get a few strong tiles into the target Cindron hit (a lot of conditions to meet but it is the current reality).

Cindron is partially leveled and most defenses I see are five lvl 2-60 dragons (have seen a 4-70 4* and now seeing one 3-70 5* on defenses too), none of which can be 1-shot by Cindron.
