Sorrow will be faster and you will probably win more because of that. Minion removers will be punished when they remove sorrows minions. Cel is just a meat shield to get your heroes charged as long as you have a minion remover.

My vote would definitely bring some Sorrow to Cel, but Sorrow. Faster and imho (theoretically) more annoying.
