Bobo or Morel?

I was growing up Bobo and now I pull Morel. who deserves more my 6 scopes?

(In defence I run the three ninjas +frigg and Odin, and don’t want to change. Bobo ONLY could eventually have a place on VF. But basically is for attack only)

I envy you. I have none of those, not even a single S4 legendary.

Points for consideration:

  1. Availability of ascension mats (I believe you have this covered);
  2. Mana speed (generally, the faster the mana generation of the hero, the better);
  3. Availability of free emblems (it is not really well regarded to max a legendary just because you could and yet cannot place emblems);
  4. Function and purpose (do you have Athena? if not, then Bobo would serve as your regular defense debuffer who is a viable alternative to Athena. do you want a fast ice hero that hits all? then Morel could serve that purpose).

If you’re using bobo only for titans, he can stay at 3:70 for a long time as he basically guarantees survivability to your team.

I’ll go for Bobo actually. If you already have a Decent Blue Heroes.

Cause he is very good on Titans. And super useful on Very Fast War. Even Normal War on offense is okay.

Thanks @Ultra . Yes, I already have Athena for Titans and costume magni as fast def down , so I’m basically covered ok all spots but think both could be an upgrade … what actually I don’t know is which one could have more usability overall … maybe morel for fast speed …

Thanks @Tidyup , actually I already have Athena for Titans so I would go for Bobo instead only if fully maxed … otherwise I think Athena would be still more powerful … bobo would be great iN VF but maybe Morel has more usability with his fast speed …

If you already have athena pro titan then the answer is there. Morel more usefull.

I have the same exact choice that I’m pondering. I’m leaning towards Morel but definitely will get Bobo with the next set of scopes.

I have a similar dilemma, but I have Athena at 3-70 and I have Costume Magni with 20 emblems. My alliance has told be they think Morel is probably the way to go even over Magni-C.

Me too. Atena and magni C fully emblem ed :slight_smile: … At the end I went with Morel, and he is A BOMB in blue mono! I use him right before cobalto and is almost always game over :)…

On the Titan, I use bobo at 3.70 and imho is for sure better than magni C, even not maxed :slight_smile:

This Im not sold on. Someone mentioned that Morel is basically a 5* costumed Tiburtus. That’s true. Do you prefer Costumed Tibs or Tibs with Costume Bonus (which is basically a 4* costumed Magni)? I prefer the Tibs with CB personally, which is what C Magni is.

Considering that morel doesn’t need to rely on buffs to lower defence, is fast, blue, and ranger. Uh yeah a huge improvement over Finley

Debatable. Finley hits waaaay harder in my experiences. I’d still be more fearful of Finley than Morel personally, but I like to buff my own team a lot (including elemental links).

Finley’s drawback is still exploitable. There are times where I held back buffing for one turn to let him snipe just one target. And because he couldn’t chain, I overpowered his team. But with morel, not a chance

Agree…he has a definite weakness, but I guess we agree to disagree here. Both are A+ heroes in my book. Of the two, I only have Morel if it matters.
