I would be gratefull for comments 
Quenell is Clash of Knights, this alone stands a good chance for Ludwig to become undispellable, resulting in instant win. Perhaps you might try to take advantage of this.
I like @Ian487 comment but if he goes off, you need to dispell twice. It’s not Ludwig that is the issue, it’s his flanks. So in my opinion, doesn’t matter if it becomes undispellable imho. What matters is, will he actually go off before dying. If he does, it’s over regardless. It’s just less likely due to his speed.
I chose bera, I wish her stats were better but here’s why. She discourages minion makers, she’s fast and her mana cut makes her an awesome tank. Her death actually benefits you which is great.
The wing I’m unsure. Emelio is nice but I chose marjana for the damage. Good luck!
One way of dealing with Ludwig is to kill his flanks before he fires
Yes, or you can block the buffs to begin with and he does nothing.
If you have c panther. My Franz seems too slow for that
As you have Quenell, Ludwig would makes most sense to me. For flank, I would go cosutme Marjana as you are already using 2 S1 heroes, plus that superior Jinx (50% chance to dispell all active buffs…etc) is annoying to battle against.

I was very lucky to get Hypnos. He changed everything for me. Franz would definitely be a gamble.
Malosi does the job equally well even though he’s nowhere near as shiny as Hypnos. Actually tbf Malosi is good against any tank that does no direct damage and purely relies on status effects (of which there are many)
As awesome as Ludwig is, he’s not at the top of the list for tank. (While I like Hel’s mana control, I don’t know how she compares with Bera.)
Never got any 5* from tower portals despite doing hundreds of pulls there. Only got one from alliance quest, Porthos
