I’m an F2P, I was planning on buying VIP discount using my alliance quiz/lottery prize that I won…
I have seen 400 gems + VIP discount in the past (Christmas) with lower price compared to the recent offer and I was hoping to see that again…
I will withold the quiz prize that I won for now…

Is this the offer that came out three days ago?
You have a few days to decide and “Save up for it”. It’s the price of a cheap hamburger for me, so I bought the deal and cooked a meal at home. done. I think it is 100% worth it for the gems, emblems, and loot tickets alone.

For me it’s also ok, although I decided not to spend after these updates. But will be enough when buy this to run my advanced iron and the storage simultaneously. Think to make that exclusion now. 
I’ll compare it as price with one good beer in my country. lol

As a 100% F2P player, this is a huge temptation. The gems alone make it worth it, but to have the second builder and emblems makes it difficult to pass up. I have been debating whether or not I want to make the transition from F2P to C2P. I don’t have a budget set up for it, so for now it’s just a debate.

That’s my problem with things. I tend to get hooked. I’ve done well to not spend any money thus far, but I know if I start I have to be very careful. Right now I see this deal, plus the Atlantis deal for $2/piece. I look at it like I could spend $12 for 1950 gems (plus 900 gems over 30 days) and 100 Atlantis coins. It’s a rabbit hole for sure, which is why it’s been such a debate.

I switched to F2P from lack of fundage. If I had moolah, I would absolutely buy this. (In fact I’m plotting on how to get my hands on an iTunes card before the time runs out.

Normal VIP costs $4.99 USD. This is $3.99, plus an extra 350 gems. I wish there was more than one for sale…

I went to F2P and used to have VIP plus buy the gem sales for $1 or $2 during events or Atlantis but haven’t done that is ages. I am very tempted to buy this. You get VIP which gives you the 900 gems over a month plus the 350 right away. You also get the loot tix, emblem, 2nd builder which I could really use since SH upgrades are taking 10 days at this point for Sh23 etc.
There will likely be another good deal during Christmas as well like last year. I got some free VIP using the invite friends method. It only takes until they get to L10 to get it. I need 2 more to have 5 total and that gets 20 days I think of free VIP. I have to check.
Also, if you are looking for some fast easy money you can sign up for the Google info rewards which gives you very short surveys for cash. It is very little usually but they are also very short. I did one for $0.23 but it was only 3 questions. You get notifications when there is one to do so no searching, etc.
I also used the service below and got a quick $10 visa gift card but you can get gift cards at as low as $3 which is great for here. Yeah, I’m tempted, too - not only is the $3.99 cheaper than the usual monthly rate, it’s cheaper than one month at the yearly rate! And then the gems are an extra summon on top of that.
