Would go for C-Kiril, those Debuffs hurt and i would think twice whether i want to send tiles into him .
So would go:
Sonya, Grimm, C-Kiril, Triton, Mist or at least use one purple for Grimm

C.Kiril doesnt give buffs tho. Normally having C.Kiril should be better than Kiril+CB but since it’s buff booster and I’m already using Grimm for def down, I was thinking of using Kiril+CB.
C.Kiril tank is can countered by an opponent bringing a regular Kiril and timing it. But Kiril tank would be countered by Sonya or Sabina.
Just saw your alternatives.
Would go for something like this:
Triton, C-Rigs, Sonya, C-Kiril, Mist
Thoughts on dbl c rigards?
C rigard+19, Sonya CB, Kiril CB, C rigard+19, ( Triton, Grimm?)
Costume should be better since it gives buff to all instead of only 3. And if they dispel with Sonya, they will have to hit first. Only weakness is Sabina.
Just wondering, why Sonya as a Tank and not Kiril?
Sonya tank is not ideal since she’s a fast speed dispeller. The attacker won’t have any buffs up by the time she dispels
I think this will be my final pick.
I considered Scarlett on the right wing with Sonya on the left since I’m a big fan of Scarlett and her attack down is a handy 2nd chance at debuffing but bringing red this tournament seemed too risky. Blue attack teams are going to be coming thick and fast!
My only concern is the center doesn’t have enough bite. Thought of replacing c.Rigard with c.Tib for defense down and more attack but opted for c.Rig for the cleanse and extra buff chance instead and will rely on the boosts to bring the damage.
Mine is almost identical, though I do not like it. I barely have emblems on blue 4* (my strongest emblemed 4* color is actually the disabled green) so I do not expect much from the def team.
Kick-off - I like 4* tournaments. Unfortunately, I have not put emblems on my 4* Ice heros. With that said, I’ll try the following lineup:
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
I would consider switching Rigard and Sonya so that Rigard fires more quickly for the heal and cleanse. And as has been pointed out above baiting yellows isn’t a bad idea for 4* buff booster which you are already doing, but having both flanks being purple will encourage that even more.
I’m mixed on this as Sonya firing more quickly and dispelling isn’t bad. But I still think the switch is better to move the slower hero closer to the center, and Sonya dispelling is going to subject to the poor timing of the defense AI anyways.
That makes sense @Lexxtarc! I was debating that swap. I’ll make the switch. Thanks!
Looks like I found the dream team: 5-0 today with these guys.
However, defence already scored a loss (against someone with +100 defence), so I guess today I’m the starter meal for those players. Being right in the middle with all heros at +11.
100% so far - 5-0 offense, 1-0 defence.
Jott is really coming in clutch with buffs up - monster damage!
It started well for offense. I used
Sonya-Grimm-Kiril-Proteus and c.rigard.
On defense i already scored a loss
I went with this defence. Could have used Mist instead of Tibu on the wing.
So far defences are 0-2 and grade E. Obviously it’s not working too well. Maybe because I also blasted my way to the second day 5-0 through similar defences…
I’m continuing to use the same setup I described in a previous iteration here (although that had a ‘no yellow’ restriction instead of ‘no green’ but it doesn’t affect my team). Easy 5-0 today.
It’s interesting…
I decided to cut Sonya from Defence on the basis that I find it easy to work around dispellers - I wanted to cram with either buffers or damage.
Triton - cRigard - Kiril+cb - Mist - Jott.
So far it’s won twice and list none, which is not bad considering day one is the worst.
I guess if the dispeller is a heavier hitter I probably would’ve included it anyway… But Sonya won’t scare attackers enough - you won’t often lose a hero to her snipe, so you can wait to cast buffs until she’s tired.
Fingers crossed this isn’t just luck (and it easily could be!)
